We truly embrace our client's dietary preferences and we make a conscious effort in offering a seasonal menu that is customized according to the client. Preserving Harvest is also a woman led company with two Certified Sommeliers on staff who received training from the French Culinary Institute on food and wine pairings. Since the company's inception, it has been our vision to create an entire experience for the client and revolutionize the industry.
